Product Description:
Rubber duckbill valve is a new type of water supply and drainage
valve product with a special structure, a "duckbill shaped"
appearance, and a "forward discharge, reverse check" function. Made
of elastic chloroprene rubber and artificial fibers through special
processing, the valve body is made of full rubber structure, and
some products may also contain reinforced structures such as nylon
curtain layer inside. Its connection methods are divided into
sleeve type, embedded type, built-in type, flange type,
installation plate type, mortar or cement pipeline type according
to the installation method. Common types include clamp type and
flange type connections.
Features:
Good check performance: In the absence of internal pressure, the
duckbill outlet closes under its own elastic action; When water
flows through and the pressure gradually increases, the duckbill
outlet gradually increases to maintain the ability of the liquid to
be discharged at high flow rates; When the water flow stops, the
valve automatically closes to prevent liquid or gas from flowing
back.
Low opening pressure: Generally, it can be opened with a water head
greater than 0.01 meters (equivalent to 0.001MPa) and can be opened
statically.
Small head loss: Under normal working conditions, head loss can be
reduced to a very small extent, but the built-in rubber duckbill
valve may experience an increase in head loss due to a smaller
inner diameter than the original pipeline.
Widely applicable to various media such as weak acidity,
alkalinity, and wastewater.
